Managing Partners’ Forum groups
Our specialist groups have held well-attended roundtables, and the Management Team Together in-person quarterly sessions were revived in Autumn 2022 after a 30-month break due to the pandemic. Our hard-working chairs, directors and committee members ensure that Forum programming is aligned with the requirements of our members. Reports and videos from previous meetings are available as a resource for members.

Given the interdependency of management functions in tackling the big issues, this group brings together all ‘C-suite’ disciplines to encourage dialogue and different perspectives.
Finance & Operations group
The Forum’s Finance & Operations Group provides a formal network of respected leaders who manage and advise on financial and operational matters.
People Performance & Culture Group
The Group provides a formal network to examine the impact of the very real changes that are redefining every aspect of work, and concepts that engender best practice.

Re-tuning your firm
The Managing Partners’ Forum is delighted to advise that its ‘Retuning your firm’ live show is returning to Zoom monthly from Friday 22 March. It remains open to all at no cost.
Co-hosted by a Managing Partner/CEO, the new format for the show comprises an update from a leading political consultancy; the findings of an original survey/tracker completed by members of the leadership team at hundreds of professional firms; and a panel session with guests to discuss emerging issues of importance to the leadership team.

Anchor membership
- Joining Fee: £200 + VAT
- Anchor members are the key link from the firm to the Forum. Individual membership enhances ability to survive and thrive in a fast evolving and uncertain business landscape.
team Membership
Joining Fee: £200
Team membership facilitates strategic collaboration between peers, often with distinct mindsets.
There is no limit to the number of firmwide/divisional leaders or senior members of the management team that Anchor members can propose for Forum membership, provided all are from the same firm and based in the same country as the Anchor.
Peer group Supplement
Peer Groups share common issues with the same small group, assisted by an expert moderator.
The membership year commences on 1 July. Dues for those joining during the year reduce by a fixed amount for each elapsed month (£100 for Anchor memberships; £100 for Team memberships; £200 for Peer Group memberships). All rates are exclusive of VAT at 20%.
