The judges feel that Gate One’s start-up ‘incubator scheme’ embodies an ethos of entrepreneurship and ‘out of the box’ thinking that is both quirky and inspirational to its consultants and clients alike. The leadership team appears to have been key in ‘walking the talk’ and facilitating the scheme with financial, training and time investments. It has resulted in an improved client delivery and experience – congratulations.
