ARC Pensions Law is a new specialist boutique law firm. They adopted a very interesting and effective method using Kindleworth to provide full operational support including obtaining regulatory approval. Adopting this approach enabled the ARC Pensions Law partners to focus exclusively on providing their clients with high quality legal advice whilst through a focussed and effective execution of their support strategy with Kindleworththey were able to launch on time and on budget and then scale up. Given how many start-up firms are unable to control costs or manage processes effectively was a particularly impressive result.

Reed Smith partnered with an external consultancy firm which commissioned research from a team of senior psychologists at a leading University in order to enhance their business development approach. The benefits of this initiative were apparent not only from the increased levels of activity but notably from a recognition within the firm that it had resulted in a cultural change in the way the firm interacted with clients and potential clients.
