Kingsley Napley performs well in the social media space. However there was always a desire to make more of what is available. The COVID-19 pandemic provided an opportunity to change things. Working with TBD, several data-driven enhancements have been implemented with a profoundly positive outcome. The presentation explores some of the challenges, opportunities, solutions and outcomes of the past 12 months.
