The session on overcoming barriers to adopting new technologies is drawn from an ongoing Government-funded research project to help mid-sized law and accountancy firms prepare for an AI tsunami. In the event, it’s a Covid tsunami, but the lessons from the deep dive interviews conducted by Lancaster University Management School are equally relevant. The presenter is Professor James Faulconbridge of Lancaster, assisted by Professor Tim Vorley of Sheffield University Management School, the principal investigator on the project.
