Whether you’re nominating a firm or an individual, your submission celebrates excellence in a rapidly evolving business landscape.

Key Information and Rules

• Eligibility: The awards are open to all professional services firms and individuals worldwide. Membership in the Forum is not required, and there is no fee for submitting a nomination.
• Categories: Nominations can be submitted in one of the following categories:
  • Leadership & Strategy: For excellence in firmwide or divisional leadership, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Client Focus: For excellence in client service, client solutions, marketing, business development, and thought leadership.
  • Operational Excellence: For excellence in financial and risk management, people management, knowledge management, technology deployment, and working environment.
  • Responsible Business: For excellence in community engagement, inclusiveness, and social mobility.
• Rising Stars: All categories are open to ‘Rising Star’ nominations. Rising Stars are individuals aged 35 or under (40 or under for leadership & strategy categories) who have demonstrated exceptional performance and leadership among their peers. They can self-submit or be nominated by others, with or without their prior knowledge.
