Winner’s quote: “It’s fantastic for Allen & Overy’s workplace to be recognised by MPF in these awards. Our Bishops Square building has great facilities but we’ve worked hard over the past year to make sure it’s a space that really supports how our people want to work, both now and in the future. The new workspaces we introduced were in direct response to feedback from staff, and we’ve had a very positive response to them. We will always be looking for ways to improve our workplace, but it’s wonderful to be recognised by MPF for what we’ve achieved this year.” Edward Mackaness, Associate Director, Allen & Overy
