Resilience: why it’s essential, and how to create it and maintain it
As managing partners and leaders in the professional services sector, we face constant challenges from people and situations. Without good levels of resilience the daily stresses of our roles can be overwhelming, our ability to focus attention on our strategic goals can be diminished, and the enjoyment and stimulus of leadership can be eroded.
In this session we’ll hear from three expert panelists who will suggest how best to create greater resilience in order to more effectively manage ourselves, thereby becoming more effective leaders.
- Liz Dux, Chambers Director at Littleton Chambers
- Jonathan Fox, Founder, College Road Consulting
- Dr. Jon Finn, Director and Founder, Tougher Minds
