Re-tuning your Firm – 27 September 2024

Join us for the “Re-tuning your Firm” live show on 27 September 2024 at 9 AM. This show remains open to all at no cost.

In this show, Ingrid Brown, principal of design agency Bright Space, will present findings of Bright Space’s recent study of the UK’s top 50 accountancy and top 200 law firms – Communicating your value to your stakeholders. This study explores how well each firm is communicating its value to its stakeholders in five areas: services; governance; finances; social; and environmental. These pillars form the foundation of how any business can uncover, define, and articulate their value proposition in a relevant and distinctive way. The findings of the study suggest that firms are missing growth opportunities by not fully communicating their value to their clients, people and investors.

Richard Chaplin will be joined by Nigel Bostock, Chief Executive of Crowe UK as a co-host. John Rowland, UK Consulting Lead at H/Advisors Cicero, will provide a political update. Richard, Nigel, John and Ingrid will be joined by Tim Nash, Chief Executive of law firm Edwin Coe for a panel discussion.
