2018 winner

ARC Pensions Law

ARC have used a clear strategy and a group of strong leaders to build an important, relevant and respected firm.

Focusing on the niche of pensions law, ARC recruited its initial leadership from respected firms, and then developed, from within, new leaders who are all dedicated to the training and development of a new generation of leaders who, in turn, understand and execute the firm’s strategy.

Recognising that certain functions in a law firm are more generic than others, ARC have outsourced specific back office services to a third party, releasing all partners and associates to focus on clients and continuous training.
