2020 winner

Dentons

The judges had a hard choice to pick the ultimate winner from the top two, but we felt the Dentons programme had the edge. They did appreciate the presentation prepared in support of the submission which added considerable colour to the story. They liked the range of components aimed at leadership development, and the great variety of creative and modern learning options made available. The testimonials to the various programmes showed effective learning and this was reflected in quantitative measures of personal development.

The judges were impressed by the strategic alignment of the programme, borne from engagement of new leaders and open dialogue about the firm’s strategic challenges. The design contemplated a range of learning styles, the need to apply skills, reflect and refine. The programme has produced strong results, quantitative and qualitative, particularly in relation to talent development. The impact of the programme on some participants could be described as transformational.
