Leadership that moves the needle
Leadership is everywhere. But what does effective leadership look like today—and tomorrow? How does leadership intersect with the areas that we are all reflecting on?
- Technology and digital transformation;
- The rise of private equity;
- Attracting, inspiring, and retaining top talent.
The session goes beyond the buzzwords to explore how leadership can deliver tangible impact across an organisation and on client relationships. You will walk away with:
- Fresh perspectives from a dynamic panel;
- Provocative thinking on leadership in a changing market;
- Practical ideas to apply at your firm
Help shape the conversation by reflecting on these two questions:
- What are the top three components of leadership for today and the future?
- Who are the leaders in your firm—and what makes them stand out?
And please share your thoughts, ideally in advance with committee member Rob Worrall. Your insights will enhance the relevance of the discussion.
