In a relatively short timescale the company has emerged as a true mould breaker as old comforts such as billable hours and PEP have been discarded. The judges were particularly impressed by Radiant’s ability to innovate and grow quickly whilst targeting areas of law that have been historically the domain of larger private practice firms. It is clearly building an ABS where lawyers are keen to develop in a focused learning environment that affords Blue Chip clients excellent service and value for money. A clear first mover that fully deserves the award.
