MPF Gym

The Forum’s gym comprises a series of ten-question diagnostics developed with experts to help you compare your firm’s management performance with its peers. Each is initially run as a poll on our Friday show.

Each diagnostic takes a maximum of five minutes to complete. Your score, the average and the highest and lowest scores for sector firms are revealed once you have saved your responses.

You will also receive an email with your detailed response to identify areas for improvement.

To make maximum use of the gym, encourage your colleagues to complete the diagnostics and compare scores. Any gaps that emerge can then be explored.
