The judging panel was impressed by leadership’s strategy formulation. Their approach built buy-in and ownership by partners, staff and clients. By adopting a bottom up approach, which consulted staff and clients, their voice and their language was introduced into the framing of strategy. It was felt that this approach would maximize the capability of the firm to actually implement their strategy in a way that engaged staff and clients.
