The subject of purpose is exercising boards all over the country. The question we are asking is: What is our purpose other than to maximise profit? Changes in the demographics of the workforce bringing different expectations of employers and the anticipation of the impacts of artificial intelligence in how we deliver services are part of the drivers to go beyond just delivering a product and service.
