Re-tuning your firm

Join us for the ‘Retuning your Firm’ live show on Friday, 26 April 2024 at 9 am. This show remains open to all at no cost.

During this live show, we will explore the findings of the quarterly Sector Trends Tracker completed by members of the research panel in April 2024.

Featured survey:

A key philanthropic contribution of the Managing Partners’ Forum is to act as a reliable centre of excellence in providing leadership teams, the media, investors, Government and other key audiences with the views of the leadership teams at professional services firms, the UK’s largest and most profitable business sector and the largest contributor to UK exports. Started in 2011, our definitive quarterly Sector Trends Tracker is completed by 98% to 100% of the 91 firms on the formal research panel. The government advises that the Tracker “validates issues from other sources”.

Key topics include:

  • Issues being discussed at partner/director meetings.
  • Business priorities, management activities and barriers to optimal performance.
  • Projected activity levels, headcount, and flow of new work over the next year.
  • Extent of home working and office space requirements over the next year.
  • Key metrics for successful firms.
  • Anonymous messages to the Government.

This live show will be co-hosted by Richard Chaplin, Founder and Chief Executive of the Managing Partners’ Forum, and Rustom Tata, Chairman of law firm DMH Stallard. Rustom specialises in reputation management, senior-level restructuring and removal of high-profile individuals.
