SUMMARY:Is AI re-shaping HR?
DESCRIPTION:This session cuts through the noise to ask what actually matters for HR leaders: is AI changing what HR does, or how it does it – and is your function ready for either?\nWe’ll move from the operational to the strategic: how AI is reshaping HR operating models, team structures and the future of the HRBP, then step back to the bigger questions – looking at the evolving role of HR as our businesses undertake AI transformation\nYou’ll leave with practical insights into how some of our larger professional services firms are using AI in HR functions, a view on the evolution of the HRBP role and the wider structure around it as well as some tangible actions you can be taking to prepare your business for AI transformation.\nRSVP Now:\nRequest a place\n \n
